Good experience working with the personnel at Team Toyota, mainly Alex our salesman and two sales managers briefly. Alex was very informed in the Rav 4 and worked hard to train me on the operation of the car. Ordering process was easy and the car was delivered within the expected timeframe. We purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Team Toyota last year, and I never had the opportunity to leave the feedback they deserved. From the beginning, the customer service was friendly, polite, and professional. We had a great experience working with Alex. There was a small issue with the vehicle after the purchase, but they took care of it, and my wife and I are still very happy with our RAV4. What impressed me even more happened almost a year later. When we purchased the vehicle, we left with only one key and never found the time to go back for the second one. Nearly a year later, I contacted them, and Team Toyota still honored their commitment and provided us with the second key. That says a lot about a dealership and how they stand behind their customers even long after the sale is completed. We are extremely happy and thankful. A special thank you to Alex and to all the employees at Team Toyota for the excellent service, professionalism, and for taking care of us even a year after our purchase.
